ATEMIS is an independent services company staffed with a team of experienced project managers, engineers and scientists.
The company specializes in geophysical properties evaluation through cost-effective analytical and numerical simulation of borehole logging tools.
ATEMIS works on advanced research projects and customized development programs. Based on collaborative research, ATEMIS makes the most of R&D results providing solutions extensively tested and validated by company partners, and implemented in advanced software and services.
ATEMIS has released an advanced forward modeling software enabling interactive inversion of resistivity formation properties. ATEMIS offers also an increasing range of standard to expert resistivity inversion services.
In the early 90s a group of geoscientists and engineers started to develop and deliver a first generation of borehole resistivity modeling codes to assist formation evaluation specialists and petrophysicists of the French oil companies.
The members of this group decided in 1998 to found ATEMIS Technologies, a new company focusing on modeling activities.
The first goal for ATEMIS was to develop a new generation of borehole resistivity simulation codes, including all open hole wireline and LWD tool configurations.
The business activities of ATEMIS have now expanded to encompass specific petrophysical consulting for borehole log interpretation.
